PURPOSE: A system for operating an open market place for interactive customized online education is provided to make various studies possible by requesting and filtering a lecture of a desired field and technology. CONSTITUTION: A service user process(500) and a service provider process(600) are selectively activated(400). The service provider process is divided into a contents production table and a management table and then the tables are provided to an open market place management server. A web consultation process is performed for a customized service or the education for the cyber lecture of a requested class is performed. In case the open class is normally operated, a service cost is paid to the service provider through a fee calculation process(800). In the fee calculation process, penalty elements of the class proceeding is depreciated from the class cost payment amount of the service user.
