PURPOSE: A pipeline flushing apparatus of an integrated type and a construction method using the same are provided to absorb and alleviate expansion by the internal temperature change and stress of the pipeline, thereby preventing crack or water leakage.;CONSTITUTION: An input pipe(10) has a flange(50) in both end parts and an inflow port(20) in the upper part. The flange is connected to a pipeline of an entrance side(100). A discharge pipe body has a flange(40) in both end parts and a discharge port(22) in the upper part. The flange is connected to a pipeline of a discharge side(100a). A pig(2) in inserted through the inflow port. A cover(23) is installed in the inflow port and the discharge port.
