PURPOSE: A method for preparing clopidogrel and its derivative is provided to reduce production cost and massively produced the clopidogrel and derivative.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing (S)-clopidgrel of chemical formula 1, its derivative or salt comprises: a step of reacting hydrolysis of racemic 2-chlorophenylglycine alkyl ester compound of chemical formula 9 with enzyme to prepare optically active material compound of chemical formula 10; a step of reacting the optically active material compound with a compound of chemical formula 11 to produce a compound of chemical formula 12; and a step of reacting cyclization of the compound of chemical formula 12 with formylating agent under the presence of acid to protrude the compound of chemical formula 1.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
