FOUR FREE JIG ROBOT FOR VEHICLE ASSEMBLY WHICH CAN BE USED WITH FOUR DRIVING UNITS EVEN WHEN THE COUPLING POSITION OF VEHICLE PARTS IS CHANGED
PURPOSE: A four free jig robot for vehicle assembly is provided to fix the vehicle parts of various shapes with a bracket or a fixing pin changed by oil pressure or air pressure.;CONSTITUTION: A first operating unit includes a first transfer slider which moves parallelly for a fixing plate(10). A second operating unit has a second transfer slider which is parallelly transferred for the fixing plate. The second transfer slider moves perpendicularly for the movement direction of the first transfer slider. A third operating unit has a rotary base which is parallelly rotated for the fixing plate. A fourth operating unit has a jig base(460) which reciprocates rectilinearly and perpendicularly for the fixing plate. A fixing jig is coupled to the side of the jig base.
