PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing Cornus officinalis extract for antiaging is provided to suppress the collagenase expression and procollagen synthesis promotion. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for antiaging contains Cornus officinalis extract as an active ingredient. A method for processing Cornus officinalis: a process of boiling, roasting, steaming Cornus officinalis; and a step of extracting Cornus officinalis using water or organic solvent. The organic solvent is ethanol, methanol, butanol, ether, ethylacetate, chloroform or mixture solvent.
