NBD SYSTEM DERIVATIVE WHICH SELECTIVELY REACTS TO ZINC AND METHOD FOR DETECTING ZINC ION USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for detecting zinc ion using NBD system derivative is provided to ensure high selectivity to zinc ion under the presence of calcium ion.;CONSTITUTION: An NBD(7-nitrobenz-2-oxa-1,3-diazole) system derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the NBD system derivative comprises: a step of adding 2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde of chemical formula 2 to methanol solution of ethan-1,2-diamine of chemical formula 2; a step of adding NaBH4 to prepare N,N'-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-ethan-1,2-diamine of chemical formula 4; a step of adding a compound of chemical formula 4 and NBD-Cl of chemical formula 5 to react at room temperature to produce a compound of chemical formula 6; and a step of adding 2-(bromomethyl)pyridine hydrobromic acid of chemical formula 7 to obtain a compound of chemical formula 1.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
