PURPOSE: A dust scattering preventing apparatus of a stacker is provided to prevent the creation of dust by the influence of the wind by using a dustproof chute capable of minimizing the influence of the wind, thereby preventing environmental contamination.;CONSTITUTION: A dust scattering preventing apparatus of a stacker(11) comprises a water duct(10), a nozzle pipe(20), an injection nozzle, dustproof units(30), and a water spray unit. The water duct supplies water to the stacker. The nozzle pipe receives the water through the water duct. The injection nozzle is installed in the nozzle pipe. The water is sprayed by the injection nozzle. The dustproof units prevents the scattering of dust by secluding the effect of a draft when a transferred object moving along a boom(13) falls.
