PURPOSE: A rear shock absorber mounting structure is provided to minimize the abrasion generation of a bolt by reducing the insertion degree of a bolt, to secure the temporary mounting structure of a rear shock absorber, and to secure the assemblability of a rear shock absorber bracket.;CONSTITUTION: A rear shock absorber mounting structure is composed of a nut(10), a bolt(20), and a nut integrated bolt(30). The nut is fixed to the top of a rear shock absorber mounting bracket panel. A first female thread(12) is formed on the inner circumference of the nut. The bolt passes through the rear shock absorber mounting bracket to be supported. A first male thread(22) is formed on the outer circumference of the bolt. A second male thread(32) is formed on the outer circumference of the nut integrated bolt and a second female thread(34) is formed on the inner circumference of the nut integrated bolt.
