PURPOSE: An array substrate for an in-plane switching mode liquid crystal display device is provided to remove the outer-most common electrode, thereby improving the aperture ratio.;CONSTITUTION: The first electrodes(162) are branched from the first pattern so that the first electrodes are in parallel with the first and second data wires. The first and second outer-most electrodes contact the second drain electrode through the second contact hole. The first and second outer-most electrodes are adjacent to the first and second data wires to have the first spacing interval. The first and second outer-most electrodes are connected each other through the second pattern in parallel with the first pattern. The second electrodes(168) are branched from the second pattern so that the second electrodes cross with the first electrodes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
