PURPOSE: An array substrate for an in-plane switching mode liquid crystal display device is provided to remove the outer-most common electrode, thereby improving the aperture ratio.;CONSTITUTION: The first electrodes(162) are branched from the first pattern so that the first electrodes are in parallel with the first and second data wires. The first and second outer-most electrodes contact the second drain electrode through the second contact hole. The first and second outer-most electrodes are adjacent to the first and second data wires to have the first spacing interval. The first and second outer-most electrodes are connected each other through the second pattern in parallel with the first pattern.
