PURPOSE: A solar cell generating system to emit compression vapor and to generate the electricity is provided to operate a steam turbine with the accumulated steam after boiling water and to replace an expensive solar panel. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell generating system comprises a water tank(100), a sunlight direct accelerator(200) and a steam turbine(400). A convex lens(210) is formed on the upper side of the sunlight integrated accelerator. The sunlight integrated accelerator is connected to the water tank. The steam turbine is connected to the sunlight integrated accelerator. The water is boiled with the solar light integrated through the convex lens in the sunlight integrated accelerator. The steam vapor is occurred and accumulated in the sunlight integrated accelerator. The compacted steam vapor is emitted and the steam turbine is operated to generate the electricity.
