PURPOSE: A green phosphor for a plasma display panel is provided to ensure excellent brightness and long life span by being coated with a coating material of the proper content.;CONSTITUTION: A green phosphor for a plasma display panel comprises Zn2SiO4:Mn coated with B2O3 and the content of the coating material is 0.001-3 weight% based on the total weight of a green-emitting phosphor. The plasma display panel(100) comprises a first substrate(3) and a second substrate(1) which are faced with each other; a plurality of address electrodes(13) arranged on one side of the first substrate; a plurality of display electrodes(9,11) arranged at one side of the second substrate in a direction crossing with the address electrodes; and red, green and blue phosphor layers(8R,8G,8B) arranged at discharge space between the first and second substrates.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
