PNEUMATIC TIRE FOR A VEHICLE, HAVING IMPROVED BEAD ENDURANCE CAPABLE OF RESTRICTING HEAT OCCURRENCE DUE TO FRICTION BETWEEN BEAD WIRES BY SPIRALLY WIND RUBBER TOPPED BEAD WIRE AROUND A CENTER BEAD WIRE
PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire for a vehicle, having improved bead endurance is provided to restrict the move of a bead wire by forming a rubber topping in a bead unit and improve endurance of the bead unit by restricting heat occurrence from a group of bead wires, and prevent the bead unit from being separated during driving a car.;CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire for a vehicle, having improved bead endurance comprises a bead core(10). The bead core is composed of a plurality of bead wires(11), a center bead wire(13), and a bead plate. The bead plate has a bead wire of single layer topped with rubber. The thickness of a rubber topping(12) of the bead plate is 1.2~1.5 times the diameter of the bead wire. The bead wires of a single layer are arranged in a row. The bead plate is spirally wound around the outer circumference of the center bead wire to form the bead core. The bead core is wound with at least two turns the bead plate around the center bead wire.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
