PURPOSE: A PCA (Password Call Acceptance) service system in mobile communication and a method thereof are provided to notify a call which is not received from a corresponding caller.;CONSTITUTION: A location registering unit(50) transmits a voice guide command to an exchanging unit when a reception-side mobile communication terminal is a PCA service subscriber. The location registering unit requests transmission of a non-reception call report message for notifying a non-reception call to the reception-side mobile communication terminal. A service control unit(60) orders the transmission of the non-reception call report message. A SMSC(Short Message Service Center)(70) receives the transmission of the non-reception call report message from the service control unit.
