PURPOSE: A bicycle with straight pedals is provided to make an operation direction of a weight be consistent with an operation direction of the pedals according as the weight of a user operates the pedals in a vertical direction, thereby enabling the user to easily ride the bicycle.;CONSTITUTION: A bicycle with straight pedals comprises a driving device. The driving device rotates a chain ring(57) fixed to a driving shaft(59). The driving device comprises a pinion(2), a rack(1), and a pedal(3). The pinions are installed in both sides of the chain ring. Power is received only in one direction and transferred. The rack is engaged with the pinion. The rack is installed at a predetermined angle, and reciprocates linearly. The pedals are installed in a lower end of the rack.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
