摘要

PURPOSE: A pair cross automatic position control method is provided to prevent the defects of pair cross mass-flow due to the misalignment of a work roll and a backup roll by maintaining the parallel between the work roll and the backup roll although the work roll moves to input or output side.;CONSTITUTION: A pair cross automatic position control method comprises followings. A controller controls the angle adjustment of the pair cross rolling mill and a pair cross head receives control signals from the controller and runs over the distance set up in advance according to received control signals. A pair of pair cross heads are formed at the left and the right sides of the work roll and the backup roll. The work roll and backup roll is moved to the center of the pair cross head by the overrun pair cross head.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
