摘要

PURPOSE: A liquid discharge head, a liquid discharge head manufacturing method, and a structure formation method are provided to increase adhesion of a flow path wall by firmly adhering a flow path wall to a substrate.;CONSTITUTION: A first solid layer consisting of a positive photo resist resin is arranged on a substrate(1) to form an obtuse angle between the substrate and the outer side of the first solid layer. A second solid layer processed as at least one part of a flow path mold(5) is arranged on the substrate to contact with the outer side of the first solid layer. At least one part of the flow path mold is formed from the second solid layer. A part of the outer side of the first solid layer is exposed through the second solid layer. An un-exposed part is removed from first solid layer. A cover layer processed as a member is arranged on a part of the flow path mold.
