PURPOSE: A system for supporting a massive sending service and a method thereof are provided to send efficiently a message by multicasting the message to a corresponding mobile terminal on the basis of a multicasting transmission table.;CONSTITUTION: A mass transmission center(150) composes a multicasting transmission table including at least one parameters in order to perform an authentication process of a mobile terminal which belongs to a multicasting group. The mass transmission center requests the message multicasting for the mobile terminal to a message service center(120) on the basis of the composed multicasting transmission table.
