An underground water storing and supplying apparatus of underground structure lower part ground comprises a geo-textile laminated on the foundation construction reference surface according to the designed direction, a drain pipe(20) including the upper cover assembly(21), the lateral support(22) and reinforcement(23), a main socket(30) and an auxiliary socket(40) combined in both ends corresponding to the drain pipe.
