PURPOSE: An overflow prevention device for better view of a river is provided to improve river view while allowing people to enter and leave the river conveniently in the normal times. CONSTITUTION: An overflow prevention device for better view of a river comprises a guide member(10), an embankment member(20), a side support(40), and a water stop(41). The guide member with a stopper(11) is installed in a concrete structure(c). The L-shaped embankment member with a guide hole and a hollow(22) is arranged between the river and a concrete member. The guide member is coupled to the guide hole. The side support is formed on both ends of the concrete structure. The water stop is formed on the side of the side support which contacts with each other with the embankment member.
