An impeller manufacturing method using an impeller forging mold is provided to forge an impeller in which a plurality of blades are formed and to prevent the waste of material by using a perform for impeller molding. An impeller manufacturing method using an impeller forging mold comprises a preform preparation step for preparing a preform by processing a material first(S100); a sectional die setting step for uniting a sectional die consisting of a plurality of die pieces and settling on a die receiving part(S200); a preform seating step for seating the preform in a molding space formed in the sectional die(S300); a pressure molding step for forming an impeller by applying punch pressure to the preform(S400); and a product ejecting step for ejecting the combined impeller and sectional die from the die receiving part at the same time(S500).
