An environment-friendly inclined banking section structure and a construction method thereof are provided to obtain nature-friendly feeling due to green plants and endure shear stress applied by earth pressure effectively. In an environment-friendly inclined banking section structure, a grid(214) is inserted inside a compaction layer(224) multiply-laminated. A C-shaped mesh network(212) is installed at an inclined part. The frictional force of the grid and the supporting force of the mesh network prevent soil-loss due to the shear stress of the compaction layer. Plants growing up in a vegetative soil(230) of the upper part of a diamond net or a core net(226) puts down roots in a vegetation base layer(222).
