ARS and identity authentication method using the electronic voucher service system and method using the same

PURPOSE: A user authentication method using an ARS, an electronic voucher service system and a method thereof are provided to prevent the electronic voucher from being illegally used by persons who cannot use the electronic voucher service, perfectly. CONSTITUTION: A user authentication method using an ARS comprises the following steps of: registering a telephone number of a target person as his/her ID; and authenticating the person by using a telephone number signal of the person which is received from a telephone having the telephone number registered as the ID. The electronic voucher service system comprises phones(109,111), an electronic voucher server(103) and an ARS server(107). The electronic voucher server registers a telephone number of a voucher service target as his/her and issues an electronic voucher to the ID of the authenticated person.
