A fuel vapor extraction system for a fuel tank is provided with a saddle-shaped top wall. Vapor vent valve is completely disposed within each compartment formed by the vapor dome in the tank, the tank upper wall. Vent valve are interconnected by a drain valve provided in the lowermost point of the conduit and a conduit to pass under the lowermost portion of the upper tank wall. The drain (drain) valve may be pressure actuated expression or float operated.
