PURPOSE: A system for processing the waste water of food into a liquefied fertilizer, and its method are provided to omit the additional purification process of waste water of food. CONSTITUTION: A system for processing the waste water of food into a liquefied fertilizer comprises a filtering device(10); a first aeration device(20) in which a first air supplying apparatus(23) is installed and a first microbubble feeder(22) is installed; a second aerator(30) in which a second air supplying apparatus(32) is installed; a third aerator(40) in which a third air supplying apparatus(42) is installed; a leaching tank(50); a reservoir(60) in which a second microbubble feeder(62) is installed and stores the waste water of food; and a concentration tank(70) in which a fourth air supplying apparatus(72) is installed and activates the complex microorganism to supply the waste water whose complex microorganism is activated.
