A portable educational kit for controlling an inverted pendulum is provided to design the optimum intelligent controller by evaluating the performance and performing the comparison experiment of each controller by mounting various controllers. A box body(10) includes a power input unit and a power opening and closing switch. An inverted pendulum driver(40) is installed in the body, horizontally moves according to the input electrical signal and controls the inverted pendulum. An inverted pendulum controller(60) is fixed in the body. The inverted pendulum controller is connected to the computer with user interface software. The inverted pendulum controller electrically controls the inverted pendulum driver according to the inputted control command in the computer.
