A system and a method for providing recruit information by using a case based reasoning are provided to check a selected resume and supply the checked selected resume to an employer, thereby providing a resume considering all conditions that the employer wants. A database(12) comprises one or more selection resumes. An information generating unit(10) selects a predetermined item among attribute items of a resume inputted from an applicant. The information generating unit generates a selection resume including the selected item and stores the generated resume in the database. An information provider(11) checks the selection resume having similar attribute items to personnel condition information items inputted from the employer in the database. An information providing unit provides the checked resume to the employer. One or more selection resumes utilizes a case based reasoning including different attribute items.
