WELDING ROBOT DEVICE AND A CONTROL METHOD THEREOF, FOR AUTOMATICALLY EXECUTING THE WELDING WORK BY REVISING THE WELDING LINE POSITION OF A WELDING TORCH FORMED IN A WELDING ROBOT INCLUDING AN ARC SENSOR
PURPOSE: A welding robot device and a control method thereof are provided to precisely control the welding line position by executing the welding work after revising the welding line position of a welding torch.;CONSTITUTION: A welding robot device is composed of a robot driving unit(404), a power supply unit(406), an arc sensor unit(408), and a robot controller(402). The robot driving unit executes the arc welding by using electric current applied to a welding torch and a welding member. The power supply unit applies the electric current through the robot driving unit. The arc sensor unit supplies the electric current value of weaving both ends by measuring and sampling the electric current. The robot controller controls the robot driving unit and the power supply unit. The robot controller controls the execution of the arc welding. The robot controller controls the robot driving unit to revise the position of the welding torch.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
