PURPOSE: A mobile phone case is provided to attach a slim pen like a straw to a side or an upper end of the mobile phone case, thereby enabling a user to simply use a pen.;CONSTITUTION: A mobile phone protecting case is made like a skin. An upper case and a lower case are not connected each other and independently mounted. A fixing unit stably fixes the mobile phone protecting case on a mobile phone.
