PURPOSE: A pigment-containing curable resin solution composition is provided to ensure excellent dispersion stability of pigment and to be useable for an insulating protection layer of a printed circuit board.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a pigment-containing curable resin solution composition containing pigment and modified polysiloxane comprises the steps of: (a) preparing pigment dispersion by dispersing pigment in an organic solvent in the presence of a first modified polysiloxane; and (b) mixing the pigment dispersion with a resin solution containing at least second modified polysiloxane.
