PURPOSE: A portable skin measurement system and a measuring method thereof are provided to minimize loss or distortion of a signal by transmitting digital data to a main controller after converting an analog sensor value to digital data.;CONSTITUTION: A portable skin measurement system includes a scope module(401), a measurement sensor module(402), and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) window(403). The scope module obtains the image of the skin surface. The measurement sensor module includes a measurement sensor, an A/D converter, and a microcomputer. The measurement sensor measures the state of the skin surface. The A/D converter converts the analog signal of the measurement sensor to the digital signal. The microcomputer processes the digital signal to the digital data.
