PURPOSE: A power efficient high frequency display is provided to reduce motion blur and power consumption by changing the refresh speed dynamically.;CONSTITUTION: A power efficient high frequency display includes a logic(115) outputs a display change signal to a graphic interface controller(114) for setting change notification of a display device. The graphic interface controller provides a control signal, an image data signal, and a clock signal to a receiver(216).
