PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of pulp using rice straws is provided to produce the pulp of high quality by recycling resources, and to offer practical and economical efficiency with a simple manufacturing process.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of pulp using rice straws includes the following steps of: removing foreign material attached to the straws(1); cutting the straws in the constant size(2); extracting the fiber by boiling the cut straws and caustic soda in a mixing bath(3); processing the hydrated fiber with a roller(4); washing the processed fiber(5); dehydrating the fiber which is washed(6); bleaching the fiber of the straws by storing the compound at a room temperature(7); and making the pulp by hydrating the bleached fiber.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
