PURPOSE: A construction method of a precast composite prestressed box girder bridge is provided to facilitate the construction of a bridge of a high-speed railway. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a precast composite prestressed box girder bridge comprises the following steps. An individual girder is manufactured to form a box structure. The manufactured girder is put on a pier using a crane. A flange connection is formed by put a form on a bottom joint of a lower flange(12) of the both side of the girder and pouring concrete. An integral box structure is formed by pouring deck slab concrete to unitarily connect the upper part of the both sides of the girder.
