PURPOSE: A lap time measurement system is provided to measure a lap time with low cost by using a wireless sensor network installed as a sensor node.;CONSTITUTION: A sensor node(110) comprises a GPS receiver receiving time information from a GPS satellite, a sensor sensing a target passing a certain position, and a communication unit. A sensor node comprises a controller which renews time data recorded in an internal timer by using the time information received from the GPS receiver. The controller detects the time data recorded in the internal timer at a detection section. The controller transmits the detected time data including a time when a target passes a certain point through the communications unit.
