A SEPERATED TYPE PISTON FOR PISTON-CYLINDER MODULE OF PRESSURE BALANCE

PURPOSE: A split type piston for a piston-cylinder module of a standard pressure tester is provided to improve the measurement accuracy of a standard pressure tester by minimizing measurement error due to the contact friction of a cylinder and a piston in the elevation of the piston. CONSTITUTION: A split type piston(20) for a piston-cylinder module of a standard pressure tester comprises a cap(22) of the piston upper part and the rod(24) of the piston lower part. The cap has a hanging sill(32). A weight bell is mounted on the hanging sill. The rod vertically moves inside the cylinder. A contact groove(26) and a protruded piece(28) are formed on the center of the bottom of the cap and the center of the rod upper end. The cap and the rod are connected while the contact groove and the protruded piece are contacted.
