PURPOSE: A hybrid scheduling process apparatus of a DM service system and a method thereof in consideration of the property of scheduling are provided to distribute the resource in consideration of the characteristic of the scheduling in case the DM(Device Management) is supplied.;CONSTITUTION: A database manager(20) manages information about each scheduling. A schedule manager(10) generates scheduling and registers the scheduling to a wait table(23).
