METHOD OF ASSEMBLING IRON PALLETS USING POLYBOND AND WIRE MESH

PURPOSE: A method of assembling iron pallets using polybond and wire mesh provides secure assembled iron pallets by the adhesive strength of wire mesh and polybond.;CONSTITUTION: A method of assembling iron pallets using polybond and wire mesh is as follows: Loading materials are loaded in a loading part(1). Supporting parts(2) are formed on the ground of the loading part. When vertical frames(4) are fitted to the supporting parts, wire meshes are attached on the both surfaces of the vertical frame. Polybond is mixed with hardener and filler. The mixed polybond which has the same color as a main body is pasted on the wire meshes. The vertical frames are pushed in the supporting parts which polyester resin is inserted.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
