PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for anti-aging containing fermented medicinal herb extract is provided to ensure high anti-oxidation, cell activity, and collagen synthesis. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-aging contains fermented medicinal herb extract as an active ingredient obtained by adding and culturing yeast or lactobacillus. The medicinal herb is Zingiberis Rhizoma crudus, Angelicae dahuricae Radix and Poncirus trifoliate. The yeast contains one or more selected from Saccharomyces sp., Schizosaccharomyces sp., Torulopsis sp., Rhodotorula sp., and Candida sp. The lactobacillus is selected one or more from Lactobacillus sp., Streptococcus sp., Leuconostoc sp., and Bifidobacteria sp. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of skin external ointment, nutrition cream, massage cream, essence, pack, emulsion, or oil gel.
