PURPOSE: A quadruple polarized antenna module and a wireless transceiver device including the same are provided to selectively generate four kinds of polarization by generating different polarization according to a signal inputted through four input ports.;CONSTITUTION: A 90 degrees hybrid(410) coupler includes a first input port(P1), a second input port(P2), and two output terminals(A,B). A first 180 degrees hybrid coupler(431) uses a third input port(P3) and an output terminal of the 90 degrees hybrid coupler as an input terminal. The first 180 degrees hybrid coupler has a first output port(P5) and a third output port(P7) as the output terminal. A second 180 degrees hybrid coupler uses a fourth input port(P4) and the output terminal of the 90 degrees hybrid coupler as the input terminal.
