PURPOSE: A combustion device and a carbonization system having a carbonization gas removal function are provided to effectively reduce the fuel consumption for heating air by reusing the heated air.;CONSTITUTION: A combustion furnace(10) comprises an inner pipe with an external air inlet(11) through which exterior air is inhaled, and an outer pipe with a carbonization gas inlet hole(14) on one side and a carbonization gas outlet(15) on the other. Carbonization gas is inhaled and removed in the space between the inner and the outer pipe. A second dryer(20) is provided with hot air from the combustion furnace and dries sludge. A carbonization furnace(30) is provided with hot air from the combustion furnace.
