PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a menu display method thereof are provided to recognize the voice of a user on a video or voice call, and detect automatically a voice command related to a specific function in the voice, thereby displaying a menu corresponding to the voice command.;CONSTITUTION: A microphone(122) receives the voice of a user on a video call. A controller(180) recognizes the inputted voice and detects a voice command included in the voice. A display unit(151) displays automatically a menu corresponding to the detected voice command according to the control of the controller.
