CHINESE COSMETIC COMPOSITION FOR SKIN-WHITENING AND WRINKLE-CARE AND METHODS FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An oriental medicinal herb cosmetic composition for improving skin whitening and anti-wrinkling is provided to ensure strong anti-oxidation without cytotoxicity. CONSTITUTION: An oriental medicinal herb cosmetic composition for improving skin whitening and anti-wrinkle contains 50-70 weight parts of Thuja orientalis extract, 20-40 weight parts of Zanthoxylum piperitum extract, and 5-15 weight parts of Polygonum Cuspidatum. A method for producing the composition for improving skin whitening and anti-wrinkle comprises: a step of heating Thuja orientalis and Zanthoxylum piperitum at 80-100C for 4 to 8 hours; a step of heating the extract at 80-100C and collecting the liquid; and a step of heating Polygonum Cuspidatum at 80-100C to obtain hot water extract.
