PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an effective soil microbes activator and an effective soil microbes activator manufactured thereby are provided to improve purification efficiency with good adaptation ability of polluted soil or water, and to offer good maintenance of the activator. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an effective soil microbes activator includes the following steps of: cultivating valid soil microbes after collecting and mixing contaminants and soils; separating the cultivated microbes from the contaminants and soil; adsorbing nutrients on a carrier by supporting the porous carrier in the nutrients; and cultivating and rooting the microbes. The manufacturing method of the effective soil microbes activator further includes a step for concentrating the cultivated contents in a cultivating tank and a step for coating the carrier with water soluble silicic acid.
