A COMPOSITION FOR REMOVING FEATHERS OF POULTRY AND A METHOD OF PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for making a composition for removing leather of poultry containing acetic acid vinyl resin, ester gum or rosin, glycerin fatty acid ester, petroleum wax, mcriocrystalline wax, butyl rubber, and polybutene is provided to ensure absorption property, curing property compatibility and remove the leather in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A method for making a composition for removing leather of poultry comprises: a step of heating mixture of 5-30 weight parts of petroleum wax, 20-40 weight parts of mcriocrystalline wax, 0.01-40 weight parts of butyl rubber at 90 to 100 C and 0.1~3 kg/cm^2 for 30 minutes to 3 hours; a step of lowering temperature at 60-70C; and a step of adding 1-50 weight parts of acetic acid vinyl resin, 25-70 weight parts of ester gum or rosin, 1-30 weight parts of glycerin fatty acid ester, and 0.01-2.8 weight parts of polybutene at 70~100 C and stirring for 30 minutes to 3 hours.
