PURPOSE: A vascular stent is provided, which effectively prevents the blood passing through a blood vessel from leaking out of a space of the vascular stent.;CONSTITUTION: A vascular stent comprises an artificial blood vessel(A) made of fabric; a body(B1) fixed to the lower surface of the artificial blood vessel by the sealing fiber; an top cylindrical stent(B) which is comprised of artificial blood vessel of the projected tip-end part; and a middle and bottom cylindrical stent(C) which is comprised of a plurality of repeating units separated from each other.
