PURPOSE: A hybrid heat source air conditioning system, and a control method thereof are provided to reduce the energy loss by operating each operation mode to a hybrid heat source. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid heat source air conditioning system(10) comprises a compression heat source unit(100), a geothermal heat source(200), a header(300), an air-conditioning unit(400), a sensor unit, a storage part(600), and a control part(500). The header is heat-exchanged with one or more of a compression heat exchange line and a geothermal heat exchange line. The sensor unit has a target temperature sensor, a header temperature sensor, an external air dry temperature sensor, and an external air wet temperature sensor. The control part sends a control signal to a compression heat exchange pump and a geothermal heat exchange pump by comparing a signal sensed from the sensor unit with a stored value pre-set in the storage part.
