PURPOSE: A radiator with an inverter cooling part is provided to miniaturize the radiator by performing a heat exchange process for engine cooling and inverter cooling at the same time.;CONSTITUTION: A radiator(100) with an inverter cooling part comprises multiple tubes(110), pins(120), a first header tank(130), a second header tank(140), a first inlet pipe(160), a first outlet pipe(170), a second inlet pipe(180), and a second outlet pipe. The tubes successively form a first heat exchange area, a second heat exchange area, and a third heat exchange area. A first heat exchange medium flows in the first header tank or the second header tank through the first inlet pipe, and is discharged through the first outlet pipe.
