DEFECTS DETECTION METHOD AND SYSTEM OF TCP AND COF BY IMAGE PROCESSING TECHNIQUE

PURPOSE: A defects detection method and a system of TCP and COF by an image processing technique are provided to improve effectiveness and reliability of the product by automatically detecting an error of TCP/COF through an image pick-up unit. CONSTITUTION: A film is proved after being initialized(S110). A reference image is obtained and it is made as binary code(S120,S125). An inspection image of the film passing by an inspection table is obtained and is made as binary code(S130,S135). A difference Image of the inspection image and binary reference image is obtained. A defect is read out through the difference image. The difference image is processed through the labeling(S140). The inspection image is displayed on a screen(S150).
