PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescent device is provided to prevent the lowering of display quality by preventing the damage to the organic light emitting layer due to a plasma atmosphere.;CONSTITUTION: A switching thin film transistor and a driving thin-film transistor are formed on a substrate(101). A first electrode(140) is formed on each pixel region. The first electrode is contacted with one electrode of the driving thin film transistor. A partition(145) is formed on the boundary of the pixel region. The partition is overlapped with the girth of the first electrode. An organic light emitting layer(150) is formed on the fist electrode. A second electrode is formed by transferring the transfer layer of the transfer substrate(170) to the substrate.
