PURPOSE: A common used skid jig device is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by unifying a skid and a skid return line.;CONSTITUTION: A common used skid jig device comprises a base plate(1), a general purpose support, and front and tail positioners(10,20). The base plate moves along a skid return line mounted on an assembly line. The general purpose support consists of the front and tail position rods(2,4), a middle position rod(3) and a middle position block(5). The front and tail position rods are mounted on the both ends of the base plate. The middle position rod is mounted to the both sides in the center location of the front and tail position rods. The middle position block is mounted inside a space between the middle position rods. The front and tail positioners are mounted around rim of the base plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
